Doxa Outdoors Eqipment Rental Aggrement and relase of Liability.

The eqipment Rental agrement is entered in between Doxa Outdoors LLC and the undersigned (renter). By signing this Agrement, the renter acknoleges anmd agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of eqipment, the renter accpets the rented eqiopment in its "As IS" condition and assumes full resposibility for its car asnd use while in their possession.

2. Fiancial Resposibility: the Renter agrees to be financially resposibile for the replacemernt or repair of any eqipment that is lost, dmaged, or not returned. repairs asre changed at $25 per hour.

3. Return condition: all eqipment must be retuned on agreed date in clean condition to avoid additional charge.

4. Severe Weather Policy: If the equipment cannot be used due to severe weather, Doxa will issue a rental credit. The equipment must be returned by 11:30 a.m. on the same day to qualify for this credit.

5. Hazardous Activity: Biking, kayaking, Snow-sliding activities, including but not limited to skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing, are inherently hazardous and carry significant risks of injury or death, even when reasonable precautions are taken.

6. Acceptance of Risk: The Renter freely assumes all risks associated with snow-sliding activities, including those arising from terrain features, jumps, surface conditions, and weather-related hazards

7. Equipment Limitations: The Renter understands that snowboard and boot systems do not release under normal circumstances and do not eliminate the risk of injury.

8. Surface Conditions: The Renter assumes all risks associated with surface conditions, including snow, ice, and other natural or artificial hazards, whether outdoors or indoors, particularly while wearing ski or snowboard boots.

9. No Warranties: The rented equipment is provided “AS IS,” with no warranties, express or implied, regarding its condition or performance.

10. Inspection of Equipment: The Renter agrees to inspect the equipment prior to each use and will not use or allow its use if any part is worn, damaged, or missing.

11. The Renter, on behalf of themselves and any minor participant for whom they are responsible, hereby fully and forever releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Doxa Outdoors LLC, its employees, agents, affiliates, manufacturers, and distributors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, including those arising from negligence, related to injuries, damages, or losses incurred while engaging in snow-sliding activities or using the rented equipment

12. The Renter agrees not to initiate any legal action against Doxa or its affiliates for injuries or damages arising from snow-sliding activities or equipment use.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION AND COSTS- The Renter represents that they are physically able to participate in snow-sliding activities and authorize medical treatment if necessary. The Renter agrees to assume all costs for rescue and medical services incurred on their behalf and affirms they have adequate insurance coverage or accept personal financial responsibility for such expenses.SEVERABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW- This Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which it is executed.ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND SIGNATURE - I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Agreement. I understand that this is a legally binding contract and a comprehensive release of liability.
